Yes we take walk-ins daily on a first-come first-serve basis. Some days are busier than others and we have a max capacity of 28 in the museum at any given time but usually we are able to accommodate walk-ins with no reservations. Thank you - Ground Zero Museum Workshop Staff

Yes you can. We chose to purchase them in advance. Either way it is a must to see and experience.

yes but you may find long queues. Best to buy online before you go. Take a look at New York city pass, well worth it, entrance to most attractions and saves you money too.

Enjoy

Best to book on line; it is easy and memorable once you visit.

I had pre-booked & pre-paid this. However I turned up early and was able to enter and proceed. It might be safer though to call ahead in case it is booked out with a tour group etc.

I am sure though, you would absolutely be able to just turn up, pay and enter at any time within operating hours. The museum itself is on the second floor - but there is a sign out on the pavement that will direct you.

Please do this - it really connects you to the event - much more so than the 911 museum at Ground Zero. I found it so moving - allow a couple of hours. Tissue s are also supplied !!!!

I'm honestly not sure. We bought our online ahead of time. We also had to pick our day and time. I would call to be safe. They are not open every day, and when they are, it is from like 11-3 I think. You might be able to just show up as long as it is not sold out. I think they allow 28 people in for each session, so to speak.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. But if you get the chance to go, I would definitely do it.

I would call the number listed on the website. We had purchased tickets on line so they knew to expect us.
