Hi, Is this place kid and stroller friendly? I have a 4-year old and a 1 year old. Would love to take them here if its accessible.
The gardens are not stroller friendly. There is handicap access to the lower garden lawn, but not much access from there - but you can get spectacular views. I would recommend leaving the littles at home.
The garden is ok for older children but not young children. A stroller would be impossible. Dangers abound for little ones due to high fall risk.
No, this place has a lot of stepping stones and steep trails. Would not work for the strollers or wheelchairs.
For the 4 Year old, it would be great, but I don't believe it would work for the stroller. The trails are made up of stepping stones which take up and down and all around. I saw some carrying a young child with a back pack for youngsters. Some carried a child in their arms which I thought could be dangerous. Back packing is better.
There are lots of very steep trails. Part of the garden would be barely accessible, but this is not the sort of place I would bring young children. You'd be worried they'd wander off a steep slope the whole time you were there.
