Knoxville is the closest airport but it is 45 miles away or so. The only way you can get from there to Dollywood is to drive. You could theoretically get a Taxi at the airport but it would cost you a fortune.

Also, Knoxville is a very expensive airport to fly in and out of. You would be better off renting a Car in Atlanta and driving to Dollywood.

The closest airport that I know of is in Knoxville which is 45 minutes away. I don't know of any other method of getting to Dollywood other than a car. There are no trains.

There is an airport between Alcoa & Knoxville(Big) and there is a real small airport in Sevierville but doesn't take any big planes. You would probably have to take a taxi from the Knox. airport to Sevierville. Dolly is opening a new Big Hotel very close to Dollywood in the Spring od this yr,so they might have a shuttle from there to the park I don't know for sure though.

If you are planning to visit soon it doesn't matter because the park is closed for the winter and won't open till about the third week in March.
