When some one leaves a bad review its not the norm to blame the geust for this. My stay was atrocious appalling and although you say in response that all issues are never left unresolved why then am I still waiting for a reply to my email? Why did no body visit the room that night to rectify the tv problem?? Your mangagment style leaves very much to be desired, when there's a problem fix it don't blame the geust by saying well everyone else likes it. Looking at your reviews the only good reviews you have are from wedding geusts, they had a great day but to be fair would have anyway.
I have been asked to respond to this question by Trip Advisor, although I'm not quite sure why as I was only a guest at the hotel (June 2014). However, it was the day of my daughter's wedding and everything was perfect! The hotel staff were attentive, efficient and the food was very good - in fact we could not have wanted for more. It's not fair to assume that all wedding guests will give a good review because they will enjoy the day anyway. In my book, if the reception had been lacking in the slightest way - I would have been very upset indeed.
My advice to you is this: send a letter to the Managing Director of the hotel group. That will soon prompt a response!
I've been asked to respond to this question by trip advisor, we were there one night for. Golf break, no complaints at all with food, room, service will defiantly book again . There was a wedding reception on and everything looked wonderful
