I've heard you can buy the jelly used to fill the pork pies in little tubs, is this true? People spread it on toast and it's supposed too be delisous
Hi Bobbylove. I'm afraid this is not something Dickinson & Morris do or have available. The jelly itself is bone stock jelly (made just as you would make soup from scratch at home) ... pork bones/trotters boiled up with water and reduced down ... to give a great complementary flavour to the pork in our pies.
