Considering this beach has a bar and a good diving site, is this also a child- friendly resort?
Subic Bay has good wreck diving with 5 to 10 metre visibility. So yes the diving is good if you are into wrecks but it doesn't have the fish life or corals with good viz that appeals to many divers. Arizonia's is not really set up for children. I would recommend the hotels in Olongapo which are only 15 minutes away and are definitely family friendly. with the same access to all of the diving in Subic Bay.
I have stayed here with my 12 year old son and 20 year old daughter. The floating dive bar and Score Bar are not child friendly locations...but they are not meant to be and children should not be there.
I think that the management does a good job of keeping the restaurant, pool, and lobby area child friendly. The dive shop boat often uses the floating bar for loading and unloading. The dive staff will ensure any minors are on the morning trips ( floating bar not yet open ) or will arrange another smaller boat that can be brought beachside.
