I'm going with 4 girls for my 30th birthday. Trying to decide between Aria and Palazzo or Venetian or don't waste my money on a bed to sleep in and stay at Mirage. Love the location of Aria but Palazzo/Venetian may have larger rooms with the sunken living rooms. thoughts? I want a pool I won't have to pay extra to use as a guest during June weekends. Also, do I have to disclose 2 v 4 persons staying in my room? If I disclose 4 at time of booking it's $80 more per night
Thank you for your inquiry regarding ARIA. I am pleased to inform you that access to our Pool Deck is complimentary for hotel guests. In regards to your reservation, disclosure on the number guests that will be staying in your guestroom is required. Please note that for a third and fourth guest there will be an additional charge of $35.00 (plus applicable tax) per person. Should you have any additional questions or would like to speak with a reservation specialist, please do not hesitate to contact our resort directly.
It has been a pleasure to assist you and we look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you to ARIA.
Director of Guest Relations
I just stayed there and did love the location. I think it would be a lovely place to stay for a special occasion -- you only turn 30 once! There is a resort fee that you pay at check-in (depends but I think about $25/day), and there are fees to reserve lounge chairs (about $15-35 depending on day and location) or rent rafts at the pool ($15). I only walked by the pool but did not use it so I don't know if you can easily find a place to sit for free without a reservation. In terms of fees, I believe most of the resorts charge now, so that may be difficult to avoid regardless of where you stay. At Aria there is someone always checking room keys to access the hotel floors, so it may be a challenge if you have 4 people and only 2 are registered.
