I have a 34 foot fifth wheel pulled by a Ford F250. Is there suitable parking for a vehicle this size?
The Mayflower is on the State Pier, downtown on the waterfront. There is angle street parking for a good-sized truck, but not for the trailer. About a half-mile north, maybe a quarter-mile beyond the Town Pier and the rotary, there is a big parking lot that can handle tour buses (we see a lot of those).
Also on the Town Wharf behind the East Bay Grille is the public boat landing with room for cars with boat trailers. I do not know if there are rules about non-boat trailers there.
Check out the Google Map of the area with Street View to see if it might suit your needs.
Tere is a public area to park private coaches about a mile north of the mayflower right down town, I an sorry I do not know if they allow overrnight Parking for RV's if it is a day trip it is certainly worth the trip, right Downtown, great Seafood at Woods on the wharf,Awesome amount of history, Burial hill , a legacy grave yard overlooking Plymouth Harbor, within walking distance, fun little shops for kicking around, Playgrounds for kids right on the oceanfront, Bring tennis rackets for a couple of waterfront public courts, a fishing rod to fish off the jetty downtown, a ton of activities, from ghost tours, to historic open air trollies , Great town to visit with your family, A Great italian restaurant Mama Mia;s on the Waterfront been there for 20 years, Pizza hand made, all toes of Italian goodies and inexpensive for a very good meal , a fun town to visit, I visited 30 years ago and it has been my home since
There is a parking lot up the hill, behind the town hall, next to the cemetery where you could probably park an extra long vehicle. I do not think there is any extra long parking very near the Mayflower. There is parking for boat trailers in the lot by the boat ramp by the jetty.
Not that I can recall.
Our bus had to leave the immediate area after dropping us off and return later to pick us up.
There is parking lot that pays by the spot, but I don't think driving on plymouths 'a waterfront with that will be very easy.
