Is room rate based on occupancy
Is there a young adult/teen club
Is there a waterpark near
Beachfront Suites is not a resort. Think of it as a nice condo on the beach. The price is based on room rate. There is a snack bar where you can get lunch, and there is a bar downstairs by the pool and the entrance to the beach, but that is about it.
However, it is in a good location to access any of the touristy amenities up and down the beach. There is Splash Island water park at St. Pete's Beach, and Tradewinds Splash Island water park at Clearwater.
The shops at John's Pass are within walking distance, but most other places you'd have to drive. I think your teens would have to be self-entertaining as I don't recall any organized activities in the area.
There really aren't any clubs or water parks close to Sunset Vistas. There's not much nightlife at all and we actually had a hard time finding places to eat. It's great for relaxing and just enjoying the beach.
You could call Sunset Vista a hotel like setting with 1, 2 & 3 bedroom Suites, but it is not really a resort. It has 2 pool areas and a great beach are just a short walk away, the is a pool side bar and a small restaurant that both have limited hours. There are several places to go around the area all within an hours driving time, and I'm sure you will be able to keep your children excited about their trip to Florida especially if you have them do some research on the internet about "things to do around Treasure Island"
I'm not sure on occupancy rules, but I believe the price is based on the room rate. I'm sure there is a limit on how many occupants per room. I believe our 2 bedroom suite would sleep 4. There is no adult club. There wasn't even live entertainment while we were there. It's definitely not a clubbing resort. I don't know of any waterparks nearby. You can't beat the beach though with its warm water and white powdery sand.
