I believe 5pm and like the others have said I would get there before 12 and get in line ASAP because the lines do grow long pretty quickly. The tour is great however and worth going.
I believe it closes about 4 PM. Everyone's advise is to get there early, as the lines grow quickly!
You will enjoy the self-guided tour!
I believe it closes at 5 and the last tour may begin an hour before. Note that in high season, any time in summer, the line may be long. The earlier you arrive the better. We arrived before noon and had to wait in line 1 1/2 hours before we got on the shuttle to go into the self-guided tour.
At 5:00 when I went. You take a bus there - the bus runs every 30 minutes. The tour takes about an hour and then you get three drinks. It was a long line for the bus, but there’s more than one bus. I suggest you get there about 2 or 3 hours before closing so you won’t be rushed, if you plan on going later in the day.
Sorry, I wanted to suggest that you go to the Cole's web site for info. If you go to trip advisor and search Coor's Brewery, it will show a link for the website.
Sorry but I didn't pay any attention to closing time as I knew we were going first thing in the morning. It didn't take long, but it was a decent enough way to see something a little different. If I may, I highly recommend that you take a tour of the Denver Mint. You do need to get tickets on line usually a few days in advance. It's a great tour and well with your time. It was a highlight of our time in Denver. You might also enjoy a drive through the Arsenal Animal Preserve. You can drive as much as you want. We drove the entire preserve and loved it. We saw a lot of animals roaming free. If you go, don't go in the heat of the afternoon as the animals won't be out then.
Enjoy your trip and as always, safe travels
