Minshuku Koshinzuka Questions & Answers

Sydney

Hi,we are planning to stay at this inn in December. We will be getting a bus from Nagiso Station. Does anyone know which bustop to get off and how do we recognise the inn as it’s in Japanese?

Thanks

Tell the bus driver Koshinzuka and he will let you off near a newish bridge. Walk over, only 250m to village. Cross a little bridge into village and walk left up through the village to the end. It’s the last building.

I caught a taxi as it was late in the day cold and dark. The bus from the station stops at the bridge and you need to walk about 500 metres onward. It’s on the Road out of Tsumago and towards Magome so just walk on that direction. It’s the last house on the right along that road and where the walking Tsumago track exits onto the main driving road. Sounds complicated but it’s not. Before you go have a photo on your phone with the name of the Inn in Japanese characters and you can show people and ask them to point.
