Is there a shuttle service that picks up and drops off at Ben Gurion Airport? Is there a cost and if so, how much is it? How long does the trip to the airport take from the hotel?
We do have a shuttle service; it has a charge of 200 NIS since the driver will wait for you there with a sign (contact directly to the reception for the arrangements). The ride is 15 to 30 min long drive depends on traffic. It is very easy to grab a taxi outside of the terminal. rate should be no more than 140 NIS.
Funny comment, about Waze working well in Israel, as it was invented there!
From Hotel to Air-Port it's about 25 minutes by car/taxi
Yes, there is a shuttle, however does not go directly to the airport, stops in a couple hotels, but it is not that bad. I dont remember how much was it.
There is no shuttle service as such but reception have access to regular taxi drivers (who arrived within 10 minutes). The journey to Ben Gurion takes about 15 minutes and costs 130-140 shekels
PS, Waize or google maps work very well, in Israel. I used it all the time. U can also rent an iPad with GPS Nav at the airport.
I don't think that they have their own shuttle. It's about 20-30 minutes from Ben Gurion airport, longer during rush hour. I rented a car, as driving in central Israelis is very easy, with all road signs in English, too. Taxis are also right at the airport. U can contact the hotel by email
for shuttle info.
If u want comfort, security, and a family member, and u have a few extra $, take the taxi!
From Kfar Maccabiah, there isn't a shuttle. Hotel will arrange taxi for you--at your expense, of course. If you stay closer to Tel Aviv, you can take the light rail from/to the airport.
