Two days are enough to cover all popular sites in Lucknow....Unless you want to spend more time to go deeper into any historical or architectural aspects....

You can cover the historical sites , which are in the heritage corridor one day and keep the rest for a different day .

Lucknow is a small city... all the historic places are within a 5 km stretch... so if you are just looking for the heritage sites, you can easily do it in a single day...

It all depends, all the sites are in an area of 5 kms but you need time for Bara Imambara, 4 hrs, 2 hrs for Residency, then you have Chota Imambara. I addition to this Lucknow has two very good parks Lohia and Janeshwar Mishra park. Both are extremely good and one needs to spend time. You have Kukrail reserve forest where you can see crocodiles etc. here also you need time not less 3 hrs so two days are sufficient only if you just touch each place otherwise minimum 3 days
