Yes. In Chopin Museum we have Chopin's last piano. He played od that instrument in 1848-49.

Yes. In Chopin Museum we have Chopin's last piano made by Pleyel. Chopin played on that instrument during tournee to Scottland and UK.

I'm very sorry but I dont know.But if you'll forgive the scepticism, even if such was claimed- how could one be sure? I suppose one of them might have survived the terrible destruction of WW2, perhaps where Chopin was brought up?
