Hi, you buy a ticket when you arrive, just be 15 minutes before the exit. I recommend visiting the website to check the hours.

No, for individual visitors you purchase the ticket on site at the day of your visit. I just checked their FAQ in Polish. Please plan to be there in advance, so you have the time to find parking spot, get the ticket and be ready for the tour (45 minutes advance arrival was recommended to us).
