As I remember there was no elevator. Just an old stair. The floor downstairs is not flat but stoned. It is a medieval basement conserved as it was.

The lower part of the tour is in a basement with a very uneven, medieval floor and a narrow stone spiral staircase. Unfortunately, I don't think this attraction would be accessible.

There are uneven stones in the museum part and uneven stone stairs going down into the rooms and tunnels. It would be difficult with mobility issues

I am pretty sure there was an elevator and I think the floors were fine.
