Hello! We will be staying at this hotel next week and wondering what the dress code is for evening dinners. I have been to the hotel once a long time ago and recall that it was "business casual" with some people wearing jeans and nice tops. Is this still true? Thank you!
As others have said, jeans, t-shirt, whatever you are comfortable in is fine. You can take your wine or other drinks from the lounge bar into the restaurant, or take your drinks ordered with your meal into the lounge after your meal. It is all very relaxed. Take a look at the ski race photo near where Paolo sits (counting his money LOL). That is Paolo in his hey day.
No need to worry it's very relaxed with some people coming straight of slopes and having dinner in their ski gear.
Thursday night is not to be missed as the hotel lays on a special meal.
Hope this helps and hope you enjoy your stay.
I have had a nightmare submitting my answer so please forgive the amount of posts - start at the bottom and read up from there. Hope it helps.
Have a wonderful time....you lucky people x
it does make lunch worth the wait though!
Make sure you get a good run up and go hard and fast to get to it otherwise you'll end up walking round the corner...!
Branch off run 42 and go for lunch at the restaurant, marked no 4 on map, it's v peaceful and does great hot food and fries . It seems to be favoured by the Italians as it's off the normal routes and a bit hidden.
The girls and Paulo work so hard...be friendly and they will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and as comfortable as they can. If you're in the mood for a party you'll probably see them out and about too!!
Enjoy the snow and make
Head over to Sestriere at least once - via the Mothership - you'll know what I mean when you see it from the two man lonnnng lift up, it's definitely worth the trip over. We've tried other locations but Sauze and Sestriere are more than adequate entertainment for the week and nowhere else is as much fun for the time taken
Head up as far as you can for the last run of the day and enjoy the journey home...
Enjoy the snow and make sure to do the women's Olympic run, it's a real thigh burner!

Hi, jeans and a top is normal for dinner......for breakfast it depends how keen you are!!? We tend to go down in thermals and snow boarding pants and socks, no shoes, and head straight out after eating for first lift of the day. I'm jealous...have a wonderful time and send my love to the salad buffet!!
