Hi. Are we able to enter the building for visiting purposes only? And with no charge? We only hope to enjoy the opera’s interior designs. Thank you in advance

Hi, you can enter the lobby and cafetaria area free of charge ; the photos I took were all in that area, and it is really worth while to see ; there are guided tours to the interior of the opera, but we did not take one, so I'm not sure if it's free , or what it costs. . It's also very nice to walk up to the roof and enjoy the architecture of the building and the views over the harbour and the neighborhood .

Hi, I am quite sure you can get into the building, but whether there is an entrance fee for the actual stage/seating area, I am not sure.

I have checked their website (operaen.no) which states that they have a guided tour of ~1 hour which costs 40NOK,- for children or students, and 80NOK for adults.

Yes you can, you will only be able to see a limited view but still ok. There are also free public toilets which is a bonus on a city visit. Hope that helps.

Yes! As I remember we didnt have to pay, just get inside and there’s a café/restaurant. They provide tables inside and by the terrace as well.
