I fail to understand why the management's answers are so arrogant when there are negative reviews. Seems to me you are not fit to run a restaurant - customers are always right whatever your bigoted mind thinks. Thanks for the awful meal just yesterday evening! I should have got takeaways while we waited for one and a half hours to be served food - which wasn't anything special after all.
Cant understand what you are talking. The owner only has one restaurant. He dors not have another restaurant in the area. Besides i cant imagine Godwin being rude. He is a very nice, polite person always ready to please. He cant even be rude if provoked.
I would agree with the comments of Robert201. My experience has always been excellent in keeping with the majority of the reviews.
Sometimes in life things can and do go wrong but how you deal with it can affect the outcome.
I have no connection with the owner and go to this restaurant about eight times a year.I have always found good service from the owner and his wife. I suppose the restaurant was full hence the poor service. Not the usual case. If the owner was in polite he was wrong,perhaps he was provoked.
