How have you booked a room? They don't list pricing on TA
Sorry I just saw this. I reserved directly on the hotel website but also followed up with a phone call. They were very helpful and efficient.
When I was in Amsterdam, my air B&B had to change plans so I was stuck without a place to stay. I just walked in and asked if they had any rooms. They did. I was lucky, I doubt they do that most of the time. On check out I was told to phone and make a booking in the future.
You can only book by phone or by email. I emailed and got a response within 20 minutes.
You can either contact them via their own web site where prices are shown or you can ring them as their reception is open from 8am until 9pm - Very helpful staff and they take your credit card number and only charge it by a small amount as a deposit - in the case of the UK it is 10p! Good quality hotel and close to Central station and every where you need to go is within walking distance!
Book directly on their website. They reply within a day, even a few hours. You guarantee with a credit card. Very simple. The pricing, in euros, is on the website.
I emailed them directly at email@example.com. Or you go to their website and fill out the book now information and they will reply by email with availability and prices. You can see the descriptions of the rooms there and then ask specific questions. I stayed in the studio room which was quite spacious, with fridge, microwave, and a canal view.
