Hi, I would like to know what the pool area is like at the Europe Hotel in Zermatt. Is it all indoors or partially in and out ?

Hi the pool is all indoors . It is more a really really large plunge pool than a swimming pool. You certainly could not 'swim' in it..

The pool area in the hotel is completely indoors. It's not actually a pool, it is a very large hot tub which could easily fit about 20 people. In addition, there is also a sauna, steam room, resting room, and massage rooms. The whole area is very well appointed and relaxing. We went every evening after skiing and it was a wonderful way to relax.

It's completely indoors with heated water, massage chairs and water jets. I found it very pleasant and relaxing after a day if skiing.

it's completely indoors, in the basement. I found it quite nice.

Very small, like virtually such pools in the very crowded village of Zermatt. It is in the basement, but with its adjacent variety of showers, sauna, etc, is perfect for unwinding after a day of walking or skiing.

Sorry I never used the pool/spa. If it's like the rest of the hotel, it's has to be top notch
