What is the best time of day to visit to avoid long lines? Thanks!
Sorry for delayed answer. I was there at 2PM or around - no line at all. Generally in Venice second half of the day is more convenient time for visiting: those people who came from continent for one-day trip usualy got tired after morning run through museums and churches -)
Not many tourists are interested in 16th century art , so there are no long lines in the Scuola
I agree with the last comment, we went during peak season (last week), middle of the day and experienced no queues and maybe a dozen people for company. I'd go any time of the day which suits you, don't worry.
We went quite early - 10ish and had no problems.
Hi. We have not encountered any lines! If we were just lucky, I hope you are too. Would be worth a wait anyway.
We went around 2:30 PM and walked right in. There were at most 20 people visiting when we went.
Don't expect any queues. Income prices and content (you have to be a fan of Tintoretto to come here) provide natural selection...
I suggest to visit it early in the morning, just after opening.
Depends on the time of year. During peak tourist season go early and off peak there are no lineups any time of day.
Morning opening hour is the best..
No line ups to speak of but as a rule try to visit sites before 11am and after 4pm to avoid the cruise ship groups.
Its all a bit hit and miss if I'm honest we went first thing . Enjoy
As best I can tell, there are no queues. It is The best kept secret of the art world. I walked by that area at different times of the day, and never saw any lines. We visited in the mid afternoon. No lines.
i went at 17:00 no queue
they throw you out at 18:45
I went I think 10AM and there was no queue
