Does this company answer emails ? im not sure if i have a booking or not .They haven't sent me anything other than that my request is taken and they will get in touch soon..that was a month ago.????

I had the exact same problem. No one answered me. Then when I said that on trip advisor I got a bunch of angry e-mails from them saying I didn't check my spam. I always check my junk mail and there wasn't any answers from them. But he didn't like my saying that on trip advisor and kept e-mailing me that I better take my comments off trip advisor. That might be why they have a good reviews. I think they must bully people with bad ones to take them off. We aren't using them. People told me that I would be able to find transportation there so I hope they are right. :)

I have sent 4 emails over the last 3 days, and still i have had no reply....and i have checked every single email and still only found the one original from when i first tried to book..As my cruise is only 4 weeks away i think i'd better look elsewhere for transport....I am disappointed though, as your site had very good reviews.., i just cant waste anymore time with trying to get someone to answer me back..
