I am told they will happily do halal for you if ask in advance but much of the clientele is British, Dutch or Chinese, and most staff are Hindu locals, so the food is basically Balinese, which means pork and non-halal things are the default.
You must request for it. I understand they will source it from a halal outlet.
YTL Malaysia owned the place and they are definitely sensitive to halal issue.
