No, there is no free parking at the library. Yonge and Bloor is a very high-traffic location, all the nearby streets have parking meters, and nearby parking lots are expensive. There is a Canadian Tire store about 300 metres north of the library. You may be able to park there for free; however, you might have to buy something there in order to get the free parking. It is very easy to get to the library on public transit (subway). Enjoy!
