What if you do not live in Mazatlan and catch more than you can eat? Do they buy fish from you or do you release?
Any other recommendations on places to zipline, do an ATV tour that would thrill guys in their 30’s with parents in 60’s ugh! Whale watching and swimming with dolphins?
Best tours for great snorkeling. We are going Jan 18-25....timing may determine best activities to do...not sure when whale and dolphin season is. Oh....do you know where to find the Shrimp ladies in Mazatlan and the restaurant name just a block away from the market where one can have the shrimp or scallops, whatever was purchased at market prepared and served in restaurant? We did this 10 years ago and lost info....thanks,
We shared with all the deck hands and local captains of the port! They are more than deserving. We did release the marlin.
We usually ask the chef at the resort we are staying at if they will cook the fish we do keep. Its not an issue for them and we share some with people in the restaurant when we eat as well. we keep only what we intend to eat. There are guys at the marina that will clean your catch for you for a tip of course. We have not went zip lining or whale watching but there are tours available. search it out on this site or google them?We ate at a place called "FISH" which is in the golden zone,(construction ongoing there) absolute best clam chowder EVER! We took a palmonia from the RIU and back. 120 pesos each way. Tour the cathedral and area if you never have, the market is across from it and we found it interesting also.
