Yes all of the restaurants except for the Royal Club restaurant (you can upgrade to get access to this) are included in the all-inclusive. The breakfast and lunches do not require a reservation at any of the restaurants. Only one restaurant, The Palm does not require a reservation for dinner. I would recommend making reservations for dinner for the rest of your stay as soon as you get there. They are really flexible with adjusting your reservation, once made, if need be.
