How come Madame Janette does not respond to guest reviews? For the past ten years we always dine there, making reservations well in advance. On this last visit we had a lengthy wait time. Better planning and management of their reservation process can address this. Gianni's is three times the size, yet seats the guest immediately with reservations. Madame Janette must be under new ownership since last year, and should look into Gianni's system.

we had no problems with seating. we arrived and was seated promptly plus we had no reservation.
I had placed my reservation via their website 2 days in advance with a special request for my wife's birthday. I received a response from someone named "Jovi" who confirmed it and acknowledged that they will accomodate my birthday request. We were seated promptly as soon as we arrived. My overall experience was great. I'm surprised that there was such an issue with your reservation.
I also do not share your experience. i have always been seated right away.
