As requested, I called and talked to the Director of Front Office Operations, Jose Rico, he apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that the room was inspected and cleared of the issue.
I did receive some Wyndham point for the inconvenience. And like I said it was a good location and a lot of things to do in walking distance.
There did not seem to be a way on Trip Adviser to respond to Whitney who told me to write to an email address and management would contact me. I did this a week ago and have not heard from the Galt House. Why do they continue to have a lack of empathy for past guests?
Check is at 3pm if you try to check in after that is it possible they will have given your room away? Or can you check in any time after 3?
Im staying at the Galt and going to a concert at the Yum Center and have pit seats I know theres a walkway connecting the two.. Do they collect ticket stub when you enter KFC at the walkway from the Galt? or can I go straight to my seat? or do I have to go through another line once inside the KFC? Just trying to avoid lines or having to wait in 2 lines since I have pit.. Wanna get there as early as possible to be as close as possible
Any way to get around the $20+ parking? Is there parking on the street after a particular time on Sat/Sun?
Best Restaurant, including any "hole in the walls"?
Are the credit/debit cards charged right then when booking or do they just hold reservation with credit/debit card?
