I’d park at the port for $15 a day. Google free parking at hotels with shuttles to port of Baltimore if you want to stay the night before your cruise. Look on cruise critic for better suggestions.

It's a very good idea. You can take a taxi the 6 miles easily.
In fact you can get off at BWI Airport Train station (if your train stops there) and take a taxi the 10 miles to the Cruise terminal. ...
