Any ocean view balcony mid-ship with cabins above and below is a nice cabin, quiet, good ocean view and no noise from public areas, etc.

I believe that there is a free shuttle service from your ship to the dock gates, which are right at the town. However, all the guide books suggest that there is not much to see in Civitavecchia.
