Just got back from a seven day cruise on Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas. Awesome trip. Christine in the main dining room was phenomenal. Athena in the Schooner Bar was awesome. Widi at the pool was great too. The ship was very nice and the Spa was great too. Marlene and Alena were amazing.…

I want to especially thank all the bartenders who made our nights at Bar Boleros much more pleasant, especially our new friends Nazareno and Menino, but also Sedroy, Nick and the others. It was a very pleasant surprise to meet bartender Placid at Bar Olive & Twist who not only treated us excellently but also explained how the drinks package works and convinced us to buy it (excellent decision). Also, Arun, the person in charge of taking care of our room, was always willing to solve any problem and help us to have an impeccable stay. Thanks to Joe and Zaenal for helping us every night to choose the best foods in the dining room. I want to make a special recognition to the band “Fiesta Latina” Who every night plays their music in the boleros bar. They are by far the best band we have enjoyed on all the cruises we have done, thank you all very much for 7 days of dancing and good music And finally, we want to express our gratitude to our new friend Officer Dario Sanchez, who from day one cared for our safety. Thanks to him, this has been the cruise where we have felt more comfortable and always with a kindness that made us feel at home.…

Great friendly staff. Got sore throat the 3rd day of trip. Medical staff was prompt to respond to determine diagnosis including covid test. Medical staff provided medication to solve illness.

We purchased a picture package pre-cruise. It was for 50 pictures. They were to be emailed to us 7-10 business days after the cruise ended. I called after 10 business days and was told they'd contact the ship to let them know. After ANOTHER 10 business days I called again. After holding for 30 minutes someone answered and said I'd need to hold for another 15 minutes so I hung up. I sent two emails but have received no response. This was an anniversary cruise for us and we have no pictures to remember it.…

The ship is beautiful, our room 1864 was over the top panoramic view and huge. The food was ok, not very good, everything cost extra, pretty exhausting. The people in general are pretty rude. The food is like a bad wedding. Our room attendant was the best Tedy and the gentleman who worked our table at dinner Anthony and Arivwn were lovely. The stops were ok. If you’re in a wheelchair life on board is pretty rough.…
