Bad cruise, big time rip off, $400 worth of excursions that were paid for well before the cruise nowhere in the system. Hour wait at customer service just to be told to come back in the morning and rudely, no tix delivered to the room, was assured the money was credited back to my card, 2 mc bills later and still no refund, on phone many times on hold for hours and customer service dosnt have access to that ( why don't u, u are customer service ?) Was told to send an email and we should hear something in 30 days. The Master Card bill with all the $12 beers sure showed up fast tho. Bad customer service across the board. Poor slow service, low end shows, food so so at best. No bedside manner, no apology. NEVER again!!

First off, don't bother with VeriFly. They didn't even ask to see it, asked for paper doc's instead. Pre-boarding is awful, lines and more lines. Assigned Cabin 1275, some sort of pipe banging in the floor all night. On the next to last day, Guest services offered a $200 onboard experience credit (after days of complaining) that could only be used for dining or spa. Food and dining service mediocre at best. The italien restaurant is directly below the basketball court. Enjoyed the pasta accompanied by the sound of bouncing basketballa. Deck 1 starboard aft smelled like mold the entire trip.Forget about wait service in the common area's. No one comes around, get it yourself and pay 18% gratuity in the bargain. Unless you go ashore (Half Moon Cay) at 7:00am don't expect to get a spot on the beach. Only thing in Grand Turk is Margaritaville, in Amber Cove, a shopping center. Only good thing were the production shows and comedy club. Even there one comic used F*** every second word, The ship's furnishings and decor are worn and shabby. Burnt out light bulbs everywhere. Heard from the Captain once, obviously does not visit his own ship considering the condition. Go if you want but don't expect a real cruise experience.

We just returned from a glorious 6-night Carnival cruise to the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, and Turks and Ciacos. The cook staff and waiters were friendly. The entertainers gave energetic shows, and our cruise director Simon London was in top form. Carnival has many options for different varieties of food at different times of day, and of course the 24-hour pizza and ice cream was a highlight. (Quattro Formaggi - 4-cheese - was to DIE for. Could have eaten one of those every day!) Build-your-own burritos/taco salads were set up very much like Chipotle -- A+ on that corner of the deck. Our room stewards were polite and friendly, asking us the best timing to clean our room, and always quick and with a smile. Towel animals left on the bed -- top notch! This cruise had art exhibits and auctions during the "at sea" days, which was also very interesting. We learned new things about art auctions, the artists themselves and saw some beautiful works of art. Stefani and Mariana were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. (Thank you for the time you took explaining things to us!) There were movies shown up on the big outdoor screen, 2 nights and 1 afternoon show. Up on the top deck they had mini golf, foosball, pool tables and a very fun ropes course over the top of everything. One wonderful change (from before covid) is the way they train everyone to get to their muster stations and put on life jackets. It's now a 5-minute demonstration, where you watch and listen to the staff member on stage. They repeat this demonstration about every 15 minutes during the afternoon you are boarding, at multiple locations on the ship. You go check in and watch "at your convenience" (as long as it's before the ship leaves). SO much more organized and relaxed. Good Work, Carnival! We could imagine bringing the extended family for a small reunion, as the activities available were family-friendly and such a great variety. We had a lovely time!

Poor food, lousy customer service both on board and on the phone. Don’t believe anything anyone tells you.

If you like to sleep past 8:00 in the morning on vacation, forget about it. They start these ridiculous announcements that are in the hallways and come right into your room like a punch in the face beginning at 8:00 a.m. everyday. Imagine the most annoying and loudest alarm clock on Earth, and then times that by 10. And they continue every 20 minutes or so until noon. The announcements are to let you know what's going on around the ship, specifically activities that involve gambling or selling things, like art for example. Also there are only three stations with television programming on the TV in your room. One is a new station, I believe it was CBS news, and the other two are a movie station and a kid station. The TV selection was extremely poor in the room.
