Wow!!! Haven’t traveled Carnival in a while. At least a year she and the difference is night and day. You can tell the cruise company is cutting back. The usual amenities are seriously lacking, even the food has been completely downgraded to “below airplane food”. Unfortunately, you DONOT get your moneys worth, and ashamedly much less. NO BUENO!!!…

Overall the trip was decent. Kay and Felipe are absolutely amazing and loved them both so much! Saw my steward probably twice. Day 1 the tv wouldn’t change channels so we were stuck on one channel the entire time called guest services about the issue a total of 4 times and the tv was never fixed until the 5th and final night. We would have loved to be able to watch some tv while in the room. People aboard the ship kids and adults are disrespectful and have no manners at all. My 14 year old nephew went down the slide and sliced 2 of his fingers open and the crew just said you can take him to medical but it’s gonna be around $500 to bandage it 🤦♀️ how is that his fault? The food was not it! I will forever stick with Royal. The day of arrival the previous ship didn’t debark until almost 11:00 which left everyone trying to board standing In the heat and long lines in over 100 degree weather. Everyone on the ship trying to fight someone 🤣🙄 was super annoying. If I didn’t have alcohol I would have probably stayed in my room the entire time not watching tv! Do better Carnival…

Great experience , Excellent Staff , Lots of Fun , Very Very Clean , Very Personable , Great Food , Great Shows , Great Casinos (that let you WIN) , Great Drinks, Lots of Fun Activities. I planned this cruise over a year and an half ago for my family (18) , i was a bit nervous because when you plan a trip that involves so many people it is a roll of the dice if everyone involved will have a great experience. Ages range from 80 years old to 10 months old, everyone had a blast. We has the pleasure of having Raul as our room attendant; he was so awesome and very personable. He knew every one of my family by their first name, i was so impressed by him. He kept all the rooms cleaned and prepped at all times. We made plans to get off the port in Cozumel but my father didn't feel like going so i went to Raul and asked him if he would check on him time to time while we were gone, He did that very thing , he made sure my father had what he needed and made sure he had company while we were out. It was not his job to that but he did it out of his kindness and wanting to make sure he was okay while the rest of us was away. This meant a lot to my family & I. I am sure all the attendants have to same work ethic as Raul but there is no doubt in my mind our cruise would not have been the same without him being our attendant. I will cruise Carnival again based on the service Raul provided for my entire family. In fact most of my family got photos with him.…

First, I am 80 and I took my two grandsons (teenagers). I would recommend this if you want children occupied. I would not recommend for a couple that is retired. The ship needs to be dry docked for repairs. The bathroom stinks because of no exhaust fan. The coffee was not available for breakfast for two days. By the end of the cruise, about half of the elevators ceased operation. You can work around those problems but per my phone, I walked about 2.6 - 3 miles each day plus climbed 5-12 sets of stairs. We also took the Fury Catamaran and Snorkel shore excursion. It was a fun treat. I called the Fury offices twice. Once before the hurricane and once after to make sure they had np damage and that they provided swim fins so I could stay up with the kids. I was assured they provided swim fins. So I didn't bring mine. And when we arrived at the ship - NO swim fins were provided. I rated the entire experience "average" because some was good and some other items no so good.…

This was my first cruise. It was not very pleasant. I feel carnival could’ve done a better job with the amount of children that were bored. It was as if parents boarded the ship with their children, gave them their wristband and let them have free range all over the ship. There were children of all ages everywhere unattended. They were running up and down the hallways doors in the middle of the night. The staff did a very poor job. It is forcing the adult only areas they were full of children all the time this was my first cruise. I will never take another carnival cruise. There were teenagers doing unthinkable act in bathroom. I have no idea what these children’s parents were what type of upbringing was control .I would comment on the food however there were so many children and all of the lines all the time it made it almost impossible to get food. We ate mostly at the blush restaurant where we had dinner and we had breakfast everywhere else was this crawling with children. The cabin we stayed in was very nice and our cabin attendant was very very nice and attentive had not been for him. This would’ve been a horrible ,horrible five days. Carnival breeze is a cruise. I will never recommend to anybody even though with children.…
