We really enjoyed doing the hop-on hop-off tour and was relieved that it was only a 10 minute walk from our hotel to where we had to pick up the tickets from one of the Turistik Tours offices.
Walking tour with Andrea was soooooo great she's the best you can get as a tour guide, she really knows about everything... thanks so much.

This family has made significant efforts to wisely construct the day and steps to ensure you will enjoy each portion of the trip and bot get bogged down with the many other tours that recently have overrun the area.
This trip uses a smaller vehicle and takes you further into the canyon than the cheaper tours so it's well worth the extra cost.

We chose AndoAndes because we wanted a small tour and a more friendly approach then commercial bus tours and Joaquim, Manuel, Tomas and Xavier were really great in driving and guiding us on this hike.
The guides were great on both tours (Gonzalo and Francisco), with good energy, lots of information about the history of Chile, vegetation, and the area of Cajon del Maipo.

In between guided tours at most of the vineyards, Mick artfully supplemented the information from the guides to give us a comprehensive understanding of wine in Maipo.
The tour itself felt personalized, very informative and is much better than those larger tours where you just get lost among the numbers.

After a few days of good food, wine, and bus tours of the area around Santiago a moderately active bike tour of the vineyards around Santa Rita winery was exactly what I needed.
The Santa Rita state is very beautiful and the tour took us to its vineyards, gardens, colonial style buildings and all the wine making facilities.

Note to solo travelers – I found this to be a better option than the larger bus tours, but more affordable than a private driver, which can be pretty steep for just one person.
Andos seems like a bigger travel company, but their tours, by virtue of having smaller groups, allows the tour guides to be more flexible.

Ismael really impressed me with his passion for his job, and he is knowledgeable too, so I decided to book more tours with TAC turismo.
We wish we had more time to explore and visit markets on our own, but I guess there is a risk for the tour organisers that people may get lost in the maze of this town.
