This place is so magical and absolutely amazing! It is a must see if you go to Qeshm. Make sure you wear cool and comfortable clothes as there is a bit of a walk and bring a hat as you can burn in the sun.

Actually we used car to reach the jetty and then we took a boat to beautiful Island of Hengam.the most interesting parts of our trip to see the Dolphins from the very close distances.I recommend this island for taking very significant pictures.

Despite the heat, which might have been a hindrance I still felt the magic as I strolled around the rocky formation site, which is no doubt rather unique. I have visited similar sites, but I must confess this one was (is) a lot more impressive. Going to Qhesm island and not visiting such a place would be a "crime". One should let the whole atmosphere take over one's sensorial feelings. Photos which have been taken may not give the exact impression nor insight as to what this valley is really about - MAGIC.

Quite strange and fascinating too see the allegedly second largest mangrove forest in this desert region of the world. Another example of the uniqness of Qeshm Islands.
Nice place to come before sunset and catch it from a boat or an islet.

Refeshing on a hot day as well.

Not being here would be a big mistake. Beautiful, impressive, something to admire. Good place also for contemplation. Exiting trip and if you dare to crawl you will be awarded by beautiful views.

Such a wonderful experience to walk to an island. The high cliffs of main island is really wonderful and you can get a great view from their top to see sea animals such as gelly fish. Unfortunately there are some unfinished establishments which take away the charm of the nature a bit.
Be careful when you walk between the beach and the island because there are several sea animals around any time of they. Its better to drag your foot on the sands to avoid getting stung.

Being Portuguese this particular visit made me revise my historical knowledge and possibly the role we played in the past. I was fortunate enough and felt it almost as a priviledge to have been let in in times of COVID 19 restrictions. The remains of our XVI century presence touched me, despite a certain sense of "abandonment". The explanations provide the visitors with a better understanding of how we were expelled ..., not necessarily how we took hold of this "piece of land" and whether our presence was at a point in time desirable ...; nevertheless I felt my ancestor's presence ..., why shouldn't you?

The old bazaar of Qeshm is located at the old part of town which can be said to be the centre of city. The shops are mostly run by the locals and it is here where you see most of the locals. It is worth a visit on the evening but there is nothing really special about it.

It was a great event for me to be able to board the deck of this ship and while the sails were raised we continued to move in the sea and at the same time, we enjoyed traditional ceremonies and folk music.
