Very well organized tour, with professional tour drivers and very prepared guides. I recommend it for those who want to make a full tour of the historic Turkey and Cappadocia.
    Thank you very much

We took a full day tour to Troy and Gallipolli, but each on two different days, because we stayed in Canakkale. Both days we were lucky to get Burak as our tour guide. Burak is an experienced professional tour guide. He does not only know all the answers to your questions, but he also knows all your questions before you make them.
The only thing we did not understand was lunch at 11.30 which was too early for us, but I think the day was organized like this because the Gallipolli tour takes several hours.
Recommended if you are interested in history.

We had a really fun trip to Troy. We enjoyed crossing in the ferry, which was a different experience and the tour guide in Troy was very humorous and knowledgeable and we got to learn a lot about the history of Troy. The lunch we had was also really delicious so all in all it was a very enjoyable adventure and well organised by Savas, at Travel Inn Turkey

Unfortunately Turkey has suffered quite a drop in tourism numbers due to various incidents over the years but throughout our tour of the country my wife and I always felt safe where ever we were. The Turkish people are very friendly and helpful which made for a great trip. Our tour group consisted of 6 people led by a fantastic guide named Ismail Keser who has a masters degree in archyology and has been a guide for 30 years. His knowledge and sense of humour made for a very detailed and informative tour. Turkey has a vast amount of ancient ruins spread throughout the country and while the tour does involve a lot of travel it is well worth it to discover its history. During the tour you transition through many different types of terrain from mountains to the sea but one of the highlights has to be Capadoccia and the dawn balloon flights which with over a hundred balloons lifting off at once is truely spectacular. Neon tours use high quality hotels throughout the country and the van that we used was very modern and comfortable. I would happily tour with Neon tours again

This was an unexpected trip for me; I went knowing absolutely nothing about any aspect of the itinerary and I had no idea of what to expect. I was so impressed by the magnitude, diversity and breadth of the historical sites, particularly Ephesus, Topkapi Palace, Hierapolis, Gobekli Tepe, and Aphrodisias, that I consider Turkey to be the best destination imaginable. In addition, I marveled at the breathtaking scenery, such as the Aegean Coast, Pamukkale rock pools, Cappadocia volcanic rock formations, and the mountain wilderness of Mount Nemrut. There is cultural diversity ranging from small rural villages whose population practices the traditional Turkish lifestyle to sprawling, modern cities. Each meal offers a representative sample of traditional Turkish foods that are well-presented. Even the museums were an enjoyable experience, especially the archaeology and mosaic museums. The performance of the Whirling Dervishes is a must-see event, and well worth the nominal fee. My tour guide, Veysel Bayam, has 25-years of experience, which benefits the group as he effortlessly maneuvers through every site and negotiates with the locals who are obviously familiar with him. Serendipity Tours is a fantastic organization with great customer support from the beginning to the end of the experience. In particular, Veysel is very well informed and he goes the extra mile at every stage. I recommend Serendipity Tours unreservedly.

Our first time in Turkey and it was awesome! Food were all delicious and all the cities (Istanbul, Canakkale, Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Antalya, Konya, Cappadocia) we visited were beautiful. Our driver Vecdi was friendly, very experienced and always on time. Vehicle was good and clean too. Our tour guide Mutlu Bulut was very friendly, caring and helpful especially with my senior citizen dad who couldn't walk so much. Mutlu had a vast knowledge of the history of all the places we visited which was excellent! Overall we would say it was a trip that we would never forget. Thanks to Ertunga Ecir (owner of Felicity Travel), Mutlu and Vecdi for this wonderful and unforgettable trip. Will definitely recommend to all our family and friends!

We contacted several companies to do the Gallipalli / Troy tour from Istanbul as it was a daunting task to do a self organized tour having to negotiate transportion, hotels, etc. It turned out to be the better and cheaper option as all the finer details were looked after for us, all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the tours, and exchange stories with other interesting travellers!

We enjoyed the tours so much that we also booked the tour to Pumakkale with Crowded House. Even with Ramadhan and us not speaking any Turkish, Ramazan Altunas who is the Manager of Crowded House responded to all our enquiries, the guides were knowledgeable, lunches were good and they were always on time.

Crowded House is a local business providing quality service at a competitive price!

Serendipity Tours Turkey really looked after me during the whole trip and Fazli was a great guide and I learnt a lot throughout the tour. Very comfortable vehicle and accommodation was great everywhere we went. Loved trying local foods.

They were very responsive in all communication and worked around the dates I had already booked my flights on.

As an Australian (with a family member who fought there) I really appreciated going to Gallipoli and also hearing the history from a Turkish perspective. It was very moving.

The Hagia Sophia was beautiful and the Topaki Palace were 2 of my favourite places to visit in Istanbul.

There were some places we couldn't go to because of COVID-19 restrictions, and places taking that time to schedule reconstruction work, so the Blue Mosque, for example, was limited in what could be seen, and the underground cistern was closed.

I really enjoyed my time in Turkey with Serendipity Tours Turkey.

“La Plus Belle” tour of Turkey by Eskapas was one of the best experiences of my life with outstanding, professional service throughout!

Before, during, and after booking my tour, Ismail patiently answered all of my questions online usually within an hour of sending my text.

Even more impressive was our tour guide, Sükrü. Sükrü is the best guide I’ve ever met and went out of his way to accomodate any wishes I had.
For example, when I decided to leave the tour temporarily in order to go paragliding, Sükrü helped me buy my bus ticket and checked up on me until I was safely back with our group the next evening.

Sükrü is organized, friendly, patient, flexible, extremely knowledgeable about the history of each site we visited, and above all, very very funny. Simply put, Sükrü has the perfect personality for a tour guide and clearly enjoys teaching people from all over the world about the rich history and culture of his country.

Along with Sükrü was our very safe and kind driver, Ömer. One day when I was sick with a terrible cold and skipped an excursion, Ömer stayed with me and made sure the restaurant brought lots of hot tea and honey for my throat. He spoke a little English, but I spoke no Turkish so we ended up talking about our lives using Google Translate for a couple of peaceful hours. I looked forward to Ömer’s cheerful smile every morning when he picked us up at our hotels for another exciting day.

Visiting Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale and everywhere else was amazing, but for me Sükrü and Ömer made this trip unforgettable. I give La Plus Belle Tour of Turkey by Eskapas 10/10!!!
