Magic day with Abdu who drove us around, he was an excellent and experienced guide who told us a lot about all the animals we saw. Very good food at Ashnil! We should have stayed longer :)

Absolutely brilliant safari. We first did 2 safaris with this company 10 years ago and as they were so good we wanted to use them again. Jennifer communicated easily to arrange the safari before we arrived from the UK. Joseph was our driver and he was lovely we had an excellent 3 days with him. Very knowledgeable and safe driver. It was lovely to meet up with Jennifer and Stanley on our was back from the safari for a drink. Highly recommend using AMS we will definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

The two venues we went to was very enjoyable with all of the promised sights and activities available for grabs. At Haller Park, the crocs and hippos feeding show was at 4pm which was way later in the day than when we got there. But still and enjoyable visit. The rides at wild waters was very exciting and the kids had loads of fun. Our guide took care of us to the best of his availability I guess. He arranged our entries, water during the drive and lunch and drove us the long drive to the parks and back to our hotel.

I did however feel the price was quite steep, even factoring transport cost for the trip, it could have cost alot less. Otherwise a great fun day all around.

We went recently on the day tour with Reuben and it was a very pleasant experience. After picking us up at the hotel we went to the "wooden crafts" village. It was intriguing to see how those men create art from scratch. Amazing! Of course, I had to buy a few items :-) After visiting the art village, we continued to Fort Jesus and Eric the guide was an excellent storyteller. He described all the events which took place at Ford Jesus in detail. The tour at the old part of the town consisted out of a walk through narrow streets, also filled with art shops and a view of the harbor. We finished the tour with a walk through Haller Park (Bamburi Nature Trail). Overall It was an amazing day filled with laughter. Reuben is a great host and we look forward to experiencing some of the other tours he has to offer. I recommend this tour, great value for the money spent!.

The pick up was seamless and on time. Th stop along the way (and back) was at your typical tourist trap but they offered terrible refreshments given the 4 hour journey from our hotel to the destination. The transport vehicle was also not that comfortable and was in need of a clean. What made me give a 4 was the animals. It made the journey so worthwhile and our driver who doubled up as the guide was extremely knowledgeable. The animals saved the day.
Despite it all I would go to the destination again but probably choose a different company.

Had a fantastic trip in Tsavo East and Tsavo West. Dick and our driver Suleman were knowledgeable and friendly. Fortunate enough to see all of the animals we were hoping to on our game drives as well as amazing landscapes. Our accommodations had delicious food and wildlife. Suleman took great care of us to help us also see the Shetani Lava Flows.

This was a great spot for our latest safari. The architecture is unique, the rooms comfortable, and the food was just fine. Out game drives were really special too.

One thing that I want to do is to give a shout out to the staff. This place has a crew that is universally caring and professional. Of particular note was the help we got from our server Issac and Bill from the chef’s staff in making mealtime enjoyable for my gluten intolerant wife. They went above and beyond, and we really appreciated it.

Mr Max, verified where we were staying prior to our tour and introduced us to our driver - Mr Omar. I called him Mr Omar.

Mr Omar has the eyes of an eagle. The small safari van that we were in was perfect for the winding trails around the bushes in Ngutuni Conservatory. The van was on the older side, but the ride was comfortable and the top can be raised to make it easier to view animals and take pics.
The animals throw the reddish dirt onto their skin to protect them for the sun and insects. This makes them almost impossible to spot against the same colored landscape.
This was not a problem for Mr Omar. As we neared the Lodge at the end of our first day, Mr Omar stopped all of a sudden and backed up. This confused us because we were so close to the entrance. He lowered the window, looked at the ground and said, "Lion footprints!". And there the prints were, clear as day. How on this red and dry earth did he spot those prints from inside the truck?????

Dicky & Peter our guides are great! They spot all the animals fast. It was an amazing experience. We saw the big five and more. So nice to see both Savo East and West! We had a private safari.

Our driver Daniel was terrific, always on time and very accomadating as we needed to be picked up and dropped off in Kilifi. It was great to know that all the costs had been paid for which allowed us to just enjoy the experience and truly explore. The Hell's Kitchen was a real highlight! Watamu and Gede are very interesting places and the Ruins of Gede are awe-inspiring!

We could not fault the Mawe Hotel, with friendly staff and brilliant food! The second day involved all day on Watamu reef and Mida creek. Crystal clear waters and mangrove forests are definitely something to be enjoyed. If you have your own snorkel equipment I would recommend you take it as the goggles provided were not very clean and was very difficult to see, the boat was also very busy.

    Overall an amazing two days!

As everytime we booked our journey through Kenia individualyl and were a bit afraid if all works because we usually travel in Asia. But we were really surprised about the perfect organisation. From pick up at the airport until delivery at the beach everything was perfect. Bruce runs the business for 20 years or so and his staff is as great as he is. We would like to mention our driver Ben. A very friendly person with a good knowledge about the animals and landscape. We even saw a Rhino - which happens rarely - because of his good eyes :-) We really highly recommend Bruce and his team as your perfect tour operator!!!

We stayed one night in Salt Lake Game Lodge, in Taita Hill sanctuary in Kenya. We started from Nairobi, in the morning, took a train from Nairobi Station, for 4 hours journey, on Nairobi-Mombasa route, got down at VOI. From there it is about 45 km to the ladge.
The lodge, within the Sanctuary, is eye-catching for its design. The service was very good, rooms were nice. The food was good with, chicken, lamb, pork and beef on the non-veg side. There were large number of veg dishes available. We saw an elephant coming to the lodge to drink water from the nearby pond, other animals were also visible
The afternoon safari in our Toyota Land Cruiser was a little disappointing. Overall an unique experience
