The DalesWay

Ilkley, UK 5.4 mi away
#1 of 5 Nature & Parks in Ilkley
Both walks afford you breathtaking views of the Dales and then into the Lake District, offering you similar challenges from the underfoot conditions and variable weather.
Apart from the magnificent scenery spanning the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks, the people and places along the way add other dimensions to the walk.

Bronte Waterfall

Haworth, UK 7.1 mi away
#1 of 2 Nature & Parks in Haworth
Beautiful scenery on route, a fair selection of moorland birds and an abundance of sheep, several of which were happy to wander along beside you (keep dogs on a lead).
It's so easy to see how the Bronte's were inspired by the beauty of this place (though how they managed to traverse this area with long skirts and without proper footwear is beyond me).
