This village and seafront are well worth a visit.

We managed to reach the rock as it was low tide and it was amazing to climb around the caves and see the rock formations, erosion, sea life taking advantage of all the holes and pools created.
Marsden Rock is a bird sanctuaty and is accessable at low tide.

A marvel of modern engineering, this well used commuter route is well worth a visit, both in it's own right and for the stunning views it offers of the river Tyne and the other bridges.
Great landmark of the North East well worth a visit I saw Gateshead Millenium Bridge, Tyne Bridge and The Angel of The North - based on my visit September 2017.

The restoration if the Spanish city and improvements along the prom have really smartened the sea front up and the lighthouse and seal population on st Mary's island are well worth a visit.

Roker beach joined the other 31 beaches around the UK by sculpting at low tide a lost soldier, excellent work which attracted a large crowd between tides
Been here today with two grandsons what a lovely clean beach they were swimming in the sea even tho it was freezing they loved it then they made sandcastles before playing on the play park an all round lovely day
