If you have time, worth a 10 minute stop to gain some very interesting history, combine with a stroll along the river Spey (Speyside way).
Autumn had come early to this part of Scotland and the leaves on the trees were turning russet and gold.

Beautiful scenery, very well preserved train stations, distilleries etc. to see and photograph.
Some of the trail is within woods and therefore views were obstructed but the chances to see local flora and wildlife was excellent.
