Not sure why the emptiness but I found the staff there especially the bartender very welcoming and drinks that he recommended and made were exceptional. We have been popping in for pre-dinner drinks here for nearly 10 years now and were only recently able to return for our first post-pandemic visit. After a near 3.5 year absence, we were very pleased to find that next to nothing had changed at Cinnebar.
Great interior environs and some nice outdoor seating when weather is nice. Good range of cigars and one of Macau's finest range of cocktails, both signature and traditional prepared behind the bar. The icing on the cake is their snack tray served with drinks. This is another point of differentiation that helps Cinnebar stand out to peer lobby bars around the city.
This is a great bar for a round of pre-dinner drinks or a place to enjoy a quiet conversation over several rounds. Service is always professional, timely and polite. The indoor area had groovy tunes with a dedicated beer pong area, while the outdoor chill out area was where you can relax and take in the lights display against the water park backdrop.
Above all, what blew us away was the amazing service by bar manager Winley! He was attentive, professional and made us feel at home from the get go. The staff were also all prompt and friendly with their service. Planned to check out for 15 mins, ended up staying for 2 hours!
