Best place to watch the sunset in Ibiza. We had to take a short walk to reach the place where everyone gathers to watch the sunset. people usually bring blankets to sit on and something to drink while enjoying the view

This is definitely worth a visit when you are in Ibiza. The views from the top are fantastic. We went into the cathedral at the top and mass was taking place in an alcove, it was lovely to sit quietly and listen. We took water with us as it was hot and stopped for a cold drink at the bottom following our walk.

They are continuing to do a lot of rehab work on the back side of the castle. It is seriously impressive and you can see why it is such a defendable position.

Arrived at approx 2.30 on a Saturday afternoon, luckily found car park space immediately on side street but no other spaces(phew)!! We arrived from the left hand side of beach down some steps nearer to were some boats are in the water. Able to get a nice spot and noticed some loungers were also available. We were hungry so went to the Chiringuito de Cala Tarida. We had no reservation and it was really busy but had to wait no more than few mins and then we were shown to our beachside table and comfy sofa style chair overlooking beach, prime spot, lucky again and walked in to the bee gees playing!! . Had to wait a while to be served, turns out we should have had a QR code to scan on our table but it was missing. Again it was so busy snd found some people at the restaurant (they came from the boats) were quite demanding of waiters time , clicking fingers at them etc . Food was delicious but we ordered way too much. Salads were very well presented and plentiful more than enough as a main course but we had it as a side!! There was a little shop next door that had some nice bags and bracelets. The sea was mainly clear we walked along the front to other side of beach, the water was a little murkier in between but soon changed back to clear. It felt more busy the other side of beach so we walked back to our spot. It was a Saturday height of summer so busy and quite loud but glad we went for a few hours to check it out and still lots of space to be found at back of beach.

Called into this port and was surprised how nice it was. Plenty of boats all different sizes around the port and there were plenty of restaurants and bars. It had a nice feel to it. Also there were plenty of souvenir shops about. Nice place to visit.

Nice beach and the water was really clear as it is throughout most if not all of Ibiza. Beach was sandy and rocky so bring beach shoes.

Some interesting finds but layout circuit of the museum took a bit of working out. Room numbers could have been much clearer.
The guidebook is very detailed with good illustrations.
The white hats are definitely needed when you explore the underground tombs. Interesting stuff and all for free.

We walked to the castle area and cathedral from the back and it was quite a climb. It’s perfectly positioned and in super condition. Worth a visit.

Pretty sandy beach with good selection of loungers and beds for a reasonable fee. Parking was free for us as we were eating at the Chiringuito restaurant (which was excellent). Small shop with loos. Near the salt production area.

Many of the beaches in and around the town of Ibiza tend to be stony and that’s probably why you notice that not many people swimming.

This is typical of Ibiza's beautiful white village churches - but head to the overlook round the back for a stunning view of the coast far below. There's no road access to the cove down at Cape Llantrisca. It looks gorgeous. There's usually a cliff path down from right behind the church but the first section has collapsed and it's currently closed. Still nice to have the view though and there's
a nice local café facing the church.
