It's in the middle of a wild landscape (not considering the Melia Gorriones Hotel) and it's easy to spot families of squirrels at the border of it.
Families with kids, whether old or young, couples and even groups of friends.

There are all sorts enjoying this beach - families, beach walkers, sun seekers, watersports, volleyball and several excellent beach cafes equally-spaced.
