- FLnurseERBoca Raton, FL2,671 contributionsWe came here early Saturday morning, around 8 AM and nobody was around. There is a large parking lot with a restaurant that opens probably at 10 AM from there you walk less than 1 km to get to the Zvikov castle. The grounds are extensive, very neatly landscaped with plenty of seats and lots of room for kids to run around for free. The interior of the castle opens at 9am, we did not go in, we just walked around enjoying the views from the castle walls onto the surrounding rivers. Just as we were leaving the souvenir stalls were being opened as well as a small coffee shop. Today there is a medical centre there. Playground for children. Nice view of the river and city. Has shade.
