Museum does a great job in laying out the history of the PLO and Palestinian cause, displaying a lot of events with accompanying evidence regarding past Israeli transgressions and the international relationship with Yasser Arafat. From an observer standpoint obviously they will have their own biases throughout, but very worth to see the perspective.

Additionally it was very cool to be able to see the bunker in which he hid in during the encirclement of this compound by Israeli forces.

A lovely quaint and peaceful museum for the late Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish. The museum is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a nice view over Ramallah city. A nice and easy visit to do on a lovely cool evening (abt 20-25 minutes walk from Ramallah municipality)

It was very touching to see the strength of the Palestinian people despite the atrocities they are suffering. The people here were so kind and loving. I will remember this place forever

There are magnificent mosaic floors from many synagogues and other places of worship. Many artifacts are in the building. You can even sit down and try designing your own mosaic. There are giant mosaic floors on the grounds outside.

Intimate Terrains is a masterfully curated exhibition of powerful, professionally executed, and exceptionally expressive work that reveals more of the Palestinian story and culture than any newspaper story or textbook will ever convey. The trauma, indignation, pride, and fury of an occupied, oppressed, and abused population is palpable. In the light-filled, intimate galleries, it was personal and powerful. I hope it is possible for the Museum to tour the show; it needs to be experienced by a wide audience. Most of the western world only hears one side of the story.

The Museum itself is impressive - a contemporary LEED building that integrates seamlessly with the terraced hillsides of of the area. We arrived late in the day and unfortunately just barely had time to view the exhibition and left without touring the entire building and surrounding gardens. I will make a point of returning and spending time exploring the grounds, other programs, and the adjacent university.

We took our nephews from the States for this tour. It was the most moving experience they had on this visit to Israel. The video show was professional and powerful, telling the history of this area before and during the establishment of the State through a dramatic presentation. Not to be missed!

If you passionate about archeology and you are in Jericho, this is the perfect museum. It is quite small and we quickly go around, but the pieces exposed have an explanation on the side with, sometimes, a magnifying glass to see them better, things that the Rockfeller Museum in Jerusalem dosen't have, and it spoils the visit.

The garden is very beautiful, and well maintained, and contrasts well with the city which is literally an open dump, so it's really nice. There is an excavated place also in which we can have fun trying to guess what it was for and analyze the different parts.

Also this is cheap, only a few dollars, and has AC, so it worth it.

This is a must stop for all who are interested in Biblical history and anthropology and cultures of the region. I have visited this museum many times with international guests who were all fascinated to learn about the Samaritans. HaKohen Yefet and his team have done a great job documenting the history and faith of the Samaritan Israelites and building displays. I highly recommend visiting the Samaritan museum on Mount Gerizim.

I loved my visit to Beituna Al-Tahimi <3 The collection they store is amazing and tells so much about not only the traditional Palestinian embroidery but about how peopled lived, build their houses and cooked their meals as well!
So much details, original items, pictures. It's impressive and educational.
I really recommend a visit to this museum ánd to their shop: you won't believe your eyes when you see so much Palestinian embroidery (:

And a special shout out to the older woman who gave me the tour. Every question I asked was answered with a smile, kindness and patience. She demonstraded some items, how things worked in these days. It was really a great visit!
