- Happy Hiker1 contributionThis was my second hike in Palm Canyon, and I will keep coming back. Exquisite. And a special shoutout to the Tribal Rangers who assisted us with a vehicle issue, thank you so much.Written March 14, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 50statestravelerAlta Loma, CA1,752 contributionsThis was our first time attending a concert in this venue. We arrived an hour early and were able to secure parking in front of the venue, by the bowling alley; but if that is full you’ll have to park in the parking structure and walk a bit.
Entry to the venue was easy and there are plenty of restrooms and concessions areas. Inside the concert venue they have two bars, one on each side. The seats were okay, not super comfortable. On the floor there are 14 seats in each section, on the sides there are 10 seats in each section. Unfortunately we had some grumpy people sitting on the aisle who weren’t happy when we asked to scoot by them during intermission to use the restroom. It made the experience uncomfortable. We really enjoyed the acts but the sound quality was off. I’m not sure if it was the sound system (as mentioned in other reviews) or the individual band’s fault. There was quite a bit of feedback and at times we couldn’t hear the singers. The staff was friendly and it was an interesting mix of customers, die hard fans and comped casino guests.Written January 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Your spa treatment also includes access to spa facilities. As far as Casino.. it's been under New Management for quite a while now. That's probably why the machines are tighter than ever. Nobody is winning. very seldom do you see a hand pay Atmosphere is too quiet for a Casino. used to be fun any day of the week. We use to go often not anymore machines don't payout. They don't even throw you a bone or even a nibble. Was told Agua is building another gas station in Cathedral City. When they were building the gas station across from this hotel machines got tight, but not like this... Solution hire New Management Revamp Ace Members #1 Tighten up ALL machines.Written May 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Slot PlayerLos Angeles, CA4 contributionsI'm a regular visitor of this casino, and really enjoy my experiences here. It's a smaller, more locals focused casino but this shows in a good light with great customer service, decent player rewards and just how friendly all the staff are.
One negative is that the machine needs a bit of investment with some new machines, there's quite a lot of 'relics' in the casino particularly at the back of the casino.Written November 23, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LostInTimePittsburgh, PA22,248 contributionsThis casino is pretty big. It’s located right by the mail park of town. It has the Vegas feel to it. Overall it’s fine for a casino that is actually not in Vegas.Written March 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Yolanda SWinnipeg, Canada375 contributionsWe had been over to have a look at the Cathedral Canyon Golf Club in Cathedral City, so on the way back we managed to find Agua Caliente Casino in Cathedral City. It’s lovely and modern, lots of convenient parking. My husband played 21 and I tried some slots. Very enjoyable.Written April 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ransom007Anaheim, CA1,119 contributionsThe Red Earth Casino is in a travel stop off California route 86. The stop has a gas station, a convenience store, the casino, a grill, and an impressive ice cream parlor. The casino is one of the smallest I have ever visited. I actually went to eat at the grill. I had a very good Cobb salad. You can order at the counter or at your table. The service was good, but it seemed to take quite a long time to receive my food. There is more than adequate free parking available.Written October 6, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
