What travelers are saying
- Given2 contributionsIt's my first time going to Japan with my family and it was a tour on that tour I get a chance to go to this place at first I thought it was just an ordinary garden but at night and the lights turn on its beautiful.
The Place is good for people to take photos because it has many spots, not only garden with lights its also have many Koi fish and staff there let you feed them their food by buying them. At night you have the chance to see a light show so its good to go there in the evening and wait until night to see the show
Overall I think it's worth it for taking photos and a whole new experience.Written February 23, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - M.rHamburg, Germany11 contributionsI’ve been to Nagashima Spa Land twice. In my opinion it’s the best amusement park I’ve ever been. Would go a third time as well 😂
Great attractions, good snacks or food and everything is clean.
Definitely a huge recommendationWritten January 15, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - 48HTLeeSingapore, Singapore112 contributionsPlace is huge , though 2 storey high, it has many wings and prices are of good bargain. Remember to bring your passport and if need to use credit card, the name must match the name on passport to claim for tex exemption.Written December 22, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Anjes PAlmunecar, Spain2,065 contributionsTado Shrine, landscape it's itself amazing. Quite area surrounded by trees and one small stream and at the end of the monumental ensemble a nice waterfall. For me one of the most beautiful shrines in Japan. Totally recommend.Written May 2, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- JasminehillHong Kong451 contributionsBuilding in blue, with an entrance fee of $300 yen, is in both Western and Japanese style. I enjoyed sitting inside the house, looking at the garden and listening to water flowing.Written April 11, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- CanuckJamesNishinomiya, Japan1,077 contributionsWe were disappointed that most of the businesses, stores were NOT open at 9:30 AM.
The bathroom was available and clean. Which is technically all that we needed but we were surprised that there was only one store that was open.
Try again the next time we are through the area.Written November 22, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - kiwian32Nagoya, Japan73 contributionsI've been here several times as my kids have all gone through some kind of Anpanman phase. I think it's ideal for about 2 year olds. The size of the park is small, but for 2 year olds, it's more than enough!
The cost is a bit high (1500 yen per person) and having to pay from the age of 1 is a bit rough. The admission price is the same for both adults and children too which is unfair I think. It's also difficult to just spend money on the admission fee. When I've been there, I feel like I have to buy Anpanman bread or some kind of an Anpanman snack which are of course also pricey!
My kids loved all the pretend play things and of course the shows.
Overall I think it's good for a very occasional treat!
Please be aware that parking also costs 1000 yen! If you go to Jazz Dream outlet shopping mall next door and spend over 3000 yen in one shop, you can get your parking money back. This would all depend on how my kids were after spending time at the Anpanman museum, if I thought the kids could handle it or not. Most times they were exhausted and I couldn't face shopping...Written April 29, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Aiko A10 contributionspeaceful and interesting place great for jogging and walking,
