    If you have a chance stop by this isthmus not too far from the historical fort and learn a little history of the cruelty of Nazis towards Bretons during the Second World war

    Great beach!
    We loved this beautiful and secluded beach! When the tide comes in great place for surfers. We will definitely return.

    Seek and you shall find
    The stones in their rows are fascinating though there isn’t a lot of explanation on show. They are quite tricky to find as they are hidden along quiet residential streets and easily missed. We had to resort to Google earth as our map wasn’t too specific. Quite interesting and no real fencing in your way. Unlike the grander ones that are better known but fenced off. Worth seeking out.

    Hard to find
    Signposting to this feature is quite subdued so we walked right past. Back tracking we found the dolmen in a tiny close that made it seem it was in someone’s front garden. Worth hunting down though as more complete than some we found. Just a 10 minute walk from the centre of st Pierre Quiberon.

    Clean beach and clear water
    Large sandy beach with lots of shells. Clear water good for snorkling - with wetsuits. No mud. Around 4.30 pm a man with a transport bike came and we bought very, very tasty chocolate ice cream. There is no beach restaurant and also no public toilet.
