What travelers are saying
- martyn yLeeds, UK12 contributionsSuper to look around ! Ideally an hour to an hour an a half ! Great works of art ! Chilled & free on Sunday! Thanks!Written November 13, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Bryan C8 contributionsThe place is okay but we went there in a rental car and it was broken into. We were not the only rental car targeted and the police told us it is very common as there are many thieves in the area. Take extra care if you have a rental car in this place.Written May 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jackie B17 contributionsThis is a must visit if in Mataro. There was no entrance fee and the church inside is simply stunning. I couldn't take enough photos!Written August 13, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- JaymacscotlandMoray Scotland83 contributionsI visited this on my last day in Mataro.I was really impressed by the look of the interior, the space and presentation of exhibits.
Only disappointment for me was the limited information available in English. There are booklets on each floor, but they didn’t appear to give the same amount of information as given at each exhibit case.
But even so, I think this is well worth a visit by anybody, to appreciate the industrial heritage of this area.Written May 1, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Emilio & friendsProvince of Barcelona, Spain16 contributionsDespite the fact that local authorities has this ruins as fortified and looks like if they would like people not to know and/or visit it (including strange time table for visits), this ruins worth the effort to be seen.Written July 9, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- jensteadsSarnia, Canada15 contributionsThis church isn't spectacular from the outside, but is beautiful inside. Great artwork, statues and architecture. It's free to visit and usually very quiet. Not sure of the hours though.Written December 11, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
